The customer has the right to return the merchandise within 10 days of receipt (right of withdrawal), provided that the products are unopened. Defective products must be reported to Customer Service within 10 days from the date of delivery.

The prices in catalog Cybertracks, published in the pages of this site, cancel all previous ones, including published paper versions. Prices are to be considered include VAT, unless otherwise specified, and no shipping costs.

Orders are accepted 24 hours on 24 filling out the form on the website, or e-mail at novaera@novaeraservizi.com

When ordering, please specify, if need, all billing data (name and full address and VAT number if applicable), and the amount, the code and the shipping address (if different from it the billing address).

Order time

The orders arrived before 12:00 will be processed in the same afternoon. The guarantee of delivery is a function of the guarantee offered by the postal service or courier.
